Besukladnikov German Aleksandrovich
In his youth he took lessons with the Hungarian artist Ilona Tokay, who lived in Alma-Ata as a deportee. Took classes at the Art Studio of the House of Pioneers. Studied at the Art College in Alma-Ata (1951-1957) with A. M. Cherkasskiy, at the V.I.Surikov State Art Institute in Moscow (1951-1957) with D. K. Mochalskiy, V. G. Tsyplakov and G. G. Korolyov. Lived and worked in the town of Shchyolkovo, Moscow Province. Member of the Artists’ Union of the USSR (1963). Took part in provincial, zonal, republic-wide, Union-wide and international exhibitions. Distinguished Artist of Russia (1997). His wife is the graphic artist I. N. Vorobyova.
