Saltsev Igor Mikhaylovich

Took classes at the Art Studio of the Pioneer’s Palace in Yaroslavl with B. I. Efremov. Studied at the Yaroslayl Art College, the I. E. Repin Institute of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture in Leningrad (1958-64) with A. A. Mylnikov. Lives in Saint Petersburg.
