Seyfullayev Kafar

In 1939 he graduated from the Azerbaijan State Art School in Baku, in 1951 graduated from the Institute of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture named after I.E. Repin of the Academy of Arts of the USSR. Participant of exhibitions since 1947. Member of the Union of Artists of the USSR since 1953.
