Shestakov Nikolay Ivanovich

He studied at Moscow School of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture (MUZHVZ). He was close in style to the artists of the Makovec Group, namely NM Chernyshev, which he maintained friendly relations. In 1924, Shestakov joined the Moscow Painters Community together with the former members of "Jack of Diamonds". The founders are PP Konchalovsky, AV Kuprin, AV Lentulov, II Mashkov, AA Osmerkin, VV Rozhdestvensky, RR Falk. In 192, he joined the Amalgamated Society of Moscow artists (OMH). Members of the OMH are SV Gerasimov, IE Grabar, AD Drevin, AV Kuprin AA Lebedev-Shuisky, AV Lentulov, AA Osmerkin, NA Udaltsova, RR Falk, AV Fonvizin, NI Shestakov, et al.
