Mirzazade Beyuk Aga Mashadi

1939 - Graduated from the Azerbaijan Art School in Baku.

1940 - Entered the State Art Academy named after V.I. Surikov in Moscow.

1941 - Returned to Baku due to the Great Patriotic War and began teaching at the Baku Art School.

1959 – Was awarded the Order of Honor.

1960 - Honored Artist of Azerbaijan SSR.

1965 - 1977- Worked as Chief Artist of the Musical Comedy Theatre n. a. Sh. Gurbanov.

1967 - People's Artist of Azerbaijan SSR

1982-2007 - The artist taught until the last days of his life. He was the head of the Art and Culture Department at the Azerbaijan State University, professor of the Azerbaijan State Academy of Arts.

1998 – Was awarded the Order of Glory

Beyuk Mirzazade’s works are collected in the Artists Guild of Azerbaijan; National Museum of Azerbaijan; Baku Museum of Contemporary Art; State Tretyakov Gallery, as well as in private collections in Azerbaijan and abroad.

Beyuk Mirzazade died in Baku on November 3, 2007.
